The Energy and Water Ombudsman Queensland is a free, fair and independent dispute resolution service for Queensland's energy consumers and water consumers in South East Queensland. We are committed to providing an effective, high-quality, fair and confidential service for domestic and small business energy consumers who have been unable to resolve a problem with their electricity, reticulated gas supplier or water supplier.
EWOQ offices are located in Brisbane, Cairns and Rockhampton, giving us the ability to work directly with Queensland consumers and suppliers in the investigation and resolution of complaints.
