Energy and Water Ombudsman SA
State-based scheme which investigates and facilitates the resolution of complaints from residential and small business customers about their gas, electricity and water companies.
The Energy Industry Ombudsman can handle a whole range of issues that include:
- Billing disputes
- Problems with the provision and supply of electricity, gas or water
- Complaints about the marketing or sale of gas, electricity or water
- Disconnection disputes
- Credit and payment difficulties
- Complaints about the way electricity, gas or water companies have accessed your property
- Behaviour and manner of electricity, gas or water company staff
- Contractors and agents.
