Workers Compensation Commission (NSW)
The Workers Compensation Commission deals with disputed workers compensation claims in New South Wales. Its role is to determine disputes on workers compensation claims and to deal with some other matters, from 1 January 2002.
The Commission aims to provide a fair and flexible dispute resolution process that ensures workers entitlements are paid promptly, so that injured workers can resume their normal lives with less impact on their long-term health.
