Find an ADR Practitioner

You can choose from many different options to resolve a dispute.  Using an ADR (alternative dispute resolution) process may help you resolve your dispute more quickly, cheaply and with a more satisfactory outcome than going to a court or tribunal.

There are many different groups that provide access to ADR.  They range from government and publicly-funded dispute resolution organisations to private professional organisations.

There are also external dispute resolution schemes that provide consumers and industry with ADR services.  Many government and industry ombudsmen also use ADR to assist people and businesses to resolve their disputes.
